Laura also uses other marketing tools to push products out to a broader audience in surrounding suburbs, which not only assists in increasing sales but also foot traffic and awareness of her store.
Laura has also introduced a ‘Gift Shop’ section in her newsagency, with a lot of fun stuff that attracts many young customers in the local community.
When it comes to Tatts, Laura actively communicates any large syndicate wins to drive additional sales. They share winner’s stories and promote them heavily in-store so customers are more inclined to buy a share. This in turn allows the store to sell more syndicate tickets.
